What We Do
NotarySlot is an online marketplace that connects people who need a document notarized with notaries public who have real-time availability near them. Instead of calling around to find a notary who is open and nearby, you can search by ZIP code, see available time slots, and book an appointment online.
How It Works
Clients search for a notary by location and service type (in-person or mobile), choose an available time slot, and pay for the appointment online. Notaries who list on NotarySlot set their own availability, service area, and pricing, and receive bookings directly through the platform. Full details are on our How It Works page.
Coverage
NotarySlot is built to support notaries and clients across all 50 states. Listings and availability depend on which notaries have signed up in a given city or state - we are actively growing coverage as more notaries join the platform.
For Notaries
Notaries can list their services on NotarySlot for free and manage their own availability calendar. NotarySlot is not itself a notary public and does not perform notarizations - all notarizations are performed by independent, individually commissioned notaries who list on the platform. Each notary is responsible for holding a valid commission in their state.
Not a Government Service
NotarySlot is an independent booking platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any state government, county office, or notary commissioning authority.
